We can’t hold the model of the workplace up as a standard by which government must adhere. Workplaces are overseen by governments, but nothing oversees government. Government, being representative of raw (base) political power, can be either a brawl, or a cooperative venture, but both are natural states; where, of course, a cooperative venture takes more maturity, and work. Fascists are not, and never will be by definition, interested in sharing power.

Another reason the talking point should be discarded is that, in addition to being wrong (and thus misrepresentative of the nature of government), it incorrectly sets corporations up in the minds of liberals and Democrats as models for government, which is a Republican talking point.

Just like businesses are not people, governments are not businesses. Government is a completely different type of organization.
